Ladybug: After a particularly bad weekend where my thoughts were pretty dark, I decided that I want to live my life. I have not been living, but merely surviving and I have been engaging in behaviours that are not conducive to living a healthy life. I am tired, irritable, resentful and bitter and I have no energy to do anything. I have to make changes so that I can live a happier life.
